This company was very prompt in coming out to do the estimate. We were able to find a date for the sale not far in the future. Michael was very comunicative. He took great care of our items. When my brother removed the riding lawnmower that had been covered with a tarp. Michael called me right away to let me know that something had been taken from the property. He also notified me when he noticed damage to the front door and repaired it for me. He sent lots of pictures pre and post sale. The estimate was very accurate. The proceeds from the sale were promptly sent to me by wire. They did a great job of cleaning up after the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have an estate sale.

Mike and Roy are committed to supporting your need to downsize and sell items you want to remove from your place. They will come to your place, load them up and haul your items to an estate sale they manage...You will have no need for a garage sale. I recommend you call them.

Reference for M&E Estate Sales:I am writing this letter as a recommendation for the services provided by M&E Estate Sales. I was recently fortunate to have hired M&E Estate Sales to complete a moving sale for me. It was a fantastic experience!From start to finish Michael was professional and diligent in his work ethic. He maintained contact with me throughout the entire process and provided a wonderful service. My husband and I have relocated from the US to Austria, and Michael was able to sell off all our belongings as well as cleaning out our home after the sale. It was such a relief to have this taken care of for us. It took a huge amount of stress off us.If you have a need to hire an estate/moving sale company – M&E Estate Sales is the right company!

I used M &E Estates Sales for the first time this last weekend. I was nervous about selling all my things so I could move out of state.Michael, the owner, listened to my dilemma, was very understanding and when I decided to use them, he came to my home, assessed what I had, and went over the contract with me. Now, the contract states that I would have to be out of my home with what I was taking with me, but knowing my situation, I got to stay and just put my belongings in another room for safe keeping. So, he was willing to work around the contract. They did all the work, all I had to do was put aside what I was keeping and they set up the rest of the house for the sale. They put out all the feelers, website notifications, all of it. They took care of all the customers with respect. So now that the sale is done, he has a company coming to pick up everything that didn't sell, so i don't have to do anything there either. Though my sale didnt make what I hoped it would, which had nothing to do with M &E Estate sales, I would recommend them again and again. He was patient, kind, understanding of my situation, and my feelings.All in all, I am very pleased with how all of it turned out.

We are writing a recommendation letter for Michel owner of M&E Estate Sales. We hired Michel to do a very large estate sale for our parents home and electronics business of 75 years. Michel and his team worked to get everything in the house ready. Worked endless hours on the electronic business getting everything sorted and displayed for the sale. Covid-19 hit and they continued working to make this the best sale possible when everything opened back up and sale could begin. On May 28, 2020 they did a four day very successful sale.
